Sharon Ellison is the creator of the Powerful Non-Defensive Communication (PNDC) process and will show us—in a fast paced day—how we can prompt others to be much more likely to drop their defenses, absorb what we’re saying, and begin to voluntarily shift their positions.

Sharon has trained thousands of professionals, corporate and non-profit leaders and activists in a novel straightforward style of communication that avoids the pitfalls of our more instinctive adversarial approaches.

She is credited with helping the first woman governor of Oregon turn around her trailing campaign by training her to use these powerful, non-defensive communication skills. Sharon has worked with peace activists, helped defeat an anti-gay measure in Oregon and brought together LGBT and right-wing Christian leaders. She has participated in an international symposium focused on the role of language in international conflict resolution. Her workshop will help us learn these same skills.

Come join us. Bring a bag lunch. Or if you prefer, a list of local eateries will also be available at check-in.
